You’re about to get two Sunday posts at once.. on a Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning.

My good excuse is big show at work, followed by family party for my nieces’ 18th (yes the twins are 18 already :O ) followed by me promptly coming down with tonsillitis and being out of it for a week.

My throat is so sore, it’s awful.

The only sick twisted plus side to it is that I’ve lost 9lbs in the last week.  And considering I can still barely eat, I’ll probably lose a few more before I’m done.  Currently at a grand total of exactly 2 1/2 stone, or 35lbs.

So a week last Sunday, infact it may have been the Thursday or Friday (did I mention I’m sick, cause it’s also making me a little brainless) I finished all the crosses on Celtic Autumn.  And rather to spoil the big unveiling, I just took a photo of the finished section i was working on, with big plans to blog the photo asap.

I also took photos of the false nails I was wearing, which didn’t last half as long as I’d have liked them to, because they looked awesome.

Infact, because it is nearly 1am, and I’m tired and finding it hard to think, and being bugged by the dog to go to bed, I’m going to do just that and promise myself that I will write a second update post tomorrow with my finished Celtic Autum and up to date progress on Jasmine.  And if you have me on facebook you’ve already seen them.

So I shall say g’night, and leave you with a picture of probably the best mouse in the world, even if I do have to keep bashing his ears in everytime I want to click on something, poor guy…

No progress picture this week because I am being a big meanie.

I do have a photo on my camera which I took midweek but I’m too lazy to empty it.

Instead I will take a photo tomorrow and post it as a hint of what I’ve been up to.  Too tired and too lazy to do it now.

And the false nails I’ve got on (from working a show yesterday) are making it incredibly hard to do anything computer related.

I promised myself that I would update at least once a week with a progress picture.  I’m far far far too lazy to do this daily, all that hassle of taking photos and uploading them.

I’ve been very good this week, and despite ordering and receiving the cloth and threads and beads required for Jasmine, I have continued with Celtic Autumn with a view to finishing her, hopefully within the next two weeks (a week to finish the sewing, a week to do the beading).

So here is what I’ve done this week.  Basically finished the gold from where it stood last week and filled that section in, before moving down the pattern, completing all the gold (hooray), and starting to fill in the “blanks”.

This is the last section of Autumn, and here’s my progress as a whole..

Nothing much else to tell you, still dieting, still exercising, still slowly losing weight.  Have now officially dropped two/three dress sizes, based on the new pair of pajamas that I have squeezed into without them cutting me in two.  According to the scales this morning I am at a total loss now of 27lbs.
